About the role

As Property Administrator within our REMS team, you'll play a central role in customer care by bringing outstanding interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a positive demeanor to everything you do. As a Property Administrator, you will be involved in all aspects of assisting the Senior Property Manager. Your outstanding communication and organizational skills mean that you are able to respond to tenant inquiries, you exude integrity and your customer service skills are second to none. You also assist the senior property manager with regular reporting, budgets, tenant correspondence and planning of events. This is an opportunity to leverage your expertise to help us lead our industry into the future.

You develop and maintain positive relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors and co-workers.

You respond in a timely manner to tenants’ needs to meet lease obligations.

You support the property manager by preparing regular ownership reports with accuracy and in a timely manner.

You effectively lead all administrative tasks, including work orders, service requests, rent collections and expense payments, property maintenance and vendor compliance requirements.

What you bring

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within commercial real estate, preferably with commercial buildings.

Strong decision-making capabilities to provide high-level service to tenants' needs.

Excellent customer service skills, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful.

Ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy, excellent product quality and attention to detail.

Strong proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $55,000.00 to $70,000.00

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
