CT REIT is seeking a Property Administrator to support day-to-day operations of retail and commercial properties across Canada. You will handle AR/AP, rent-roll reviews, and budgeting tasks while liaising with accountants and tenants.
The role emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and strong communication within the property team. You will review invoices, administer contracts, and assist with monthly forecasts and CAM management.
The Property Administrator is a key member of the Property Management Team and provides day-to-day administrative support. Reporting to the Property Manager the incumbent is responsible for a variety of services related to the operation of retail and commercial properties inclusive of but not limited to Accounts Receivable (A/R) reporting, Accounts Payable (A/P) processing, budgeting, supplier invoices, rent roll review, tenant liaison and communication.
Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88,000.00 CAD Annual. The target salary range is between $55,000.00 and $65,000.00 CAD Annual.
