CAPREIT is seeking a Property Accountant to join our Toronto team. You will prepare and maintain accounting records including general ledger, costing and budgets, and analyze data to inform financial statements.
The role requires strong Excel skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines, and clear communication with Operations staff and auditors. CAPREIT supports CPA designation under a pre-approved program.

The Property Accountant prepares and maintains accounting records which includes general accounting, costing and budget data. They are also responsible for examinining, analyzing and interpreting accounting records for the purpose of preparing financial statements.
