Overview of Position
The Property Accountant will report to the Vice President, Accounting and will play a key role in the full-cycle accounting for Greyspring’s residential portfolio. This includes overseeing day-to-day financial operations, coordinating monthly and quarterly reporting, and supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting processes. This role will work collaboratively with all other teams at Greyspring, including Property Management and Asset Management, offering the opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the financial underpinnings of our multifamily real estate portfolio.
