Job summary
Avenir Energy is seeking a Logistics Planner to coordinate outbound propane deliveries, optimize routes and monitor operations. You will work closely with branch operations, drivers and customer service to ensure on-time deliveries and high service levels.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, dispatch, or supply chain operations.
- Post-secondary education in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with drivers and teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize daily propane delivery routes for drivers and trucks.
- Coordinate fleet capacity, driver availability and geographic constraints.
- Communicate daily delivery plans with drivers and operations teams.
- Monitor delivery progress, adjust routes, and address issues promptly.
- Track KPIs and identify opportunities to improve routing efficiency.
