Job summary

Avenir Energy Ltd. is seeking a Class 3DZ Propane Delivery Driver to join our Dispatch team and safely deliver propane to residential and commercial customers. You will be part of a field-based operation with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The role requires minimum 3 years of commercial driving, a clean CVOR, and propane delivery experience. Nights or weekends may be needed; training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3DZ Commercial Driver’s license.
• Minimum 3 years of commercial driving experience.
• Clean CVOR/personal driving record.
• Experience delivering propane is required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to regulations.
• Develop routes with dispatch using geography and customer needs.
• Deliver product to residential and commercial customers safely and efficiently.
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and paperwork.
• Report potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions.
• Shift variations; evenings and/or weekends may be required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Summary

As a Class 3 - DZ Propane Delivery Driver, you will work with our Dispatch team to deliver product safely to our residential and commercial customers. Your goal will be to provide a meaningful and essential service to our Avenir Energy customers in a safety focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload truck with propane, adhering to all Company and Governmental regulations.
• Work with our dispatch teams to develop routes using your knowledge of geography, and the needs of our customers.
• Deliver product to both our residential and commercial customers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete daily pretrip/post trip inspections and all other paperwork required.
• Report any potential hazards to dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with all company and government policies and regulations.
• Actively participate in team meetings and discussions
• Work schedule will vary - need willingness to occasionally work evenings and/or weekends
• Other duties as required by supervisor.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 3DZ Commercial Driver’s license
• Minimum 3years of commercial driving experience
• Clean CVOR / personal driving record within Company standards.
• Able to perform the physical demands of loading and unloading propane.
• Experience delivering propane is required.

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of propane considered an asset.
• Ability to work various shifts.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
