We are currently looking for a Quality Controller to join our team. In this role, you will produce projects for both print and digital platforms in a fast-paced environment with weekly deadlines. Graphic compositions, pages, and content (images, copy, art, pricing) are assembled using various tools and programs, and must adhere to high-quality standards with on-time delivery. You will also be responsible for ensuring all files are accurate, all requested changes have been implemented, and client-specific guidelines are followed. Ensuring that the digitally manufactured product meets the required standards and specifications is key to successful delivery.

• Ensure all files are consistent and follow approved guidelines and specifications.
• Verify that all requested changes at every stage have been properly executed by the Graphic Production Artists.
• Check all final files before uploading to the printer or client for accuracy.
• Confirm the accuracy of pages, including zoning, product alternates, copy, pricing, and promotional dates.
• Mark up proofs using standardized codes to identify and correct grammatical or typographical errors.
• Coordinate the English copywriting and proofreading process with other internal workflows to maximize efficiency.

• Post-secondary diploma or degree (or equivalent work experience) in computer graphics or print production.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role or as a graphic layout artist.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on Mac OS, and proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, and collaborate effectively with team members.
