We are seeking a Project (Windows) Janitorial Technician based out of Greater Sudbury, Ontario.

Qualifications Required:

• Working at heights: 1+ year experience
• Carpet Deep Cleaning: 1+ year experience
• Window Cleaning: 1+ year experience
• Other janitorial experience considered an asset
• Experience operating specialized cleaning equipment
• Must be able to work any day of the week including weekends and be willing to work days, evenings, and overnight shifts.

Duties:

• Communicating effectively with Supervisors
• Cleaning interior and exterior windows at various heights
• Deep cleaning including floors, walls, ductwork, etc.
• Sweeping and mopping flooring
• Wiping, disinfecting, and dusting various surfaces
• Vacuuming carpets and runners
• Working at heights
• Responsible for site security, including alarm codes and keys
