Montreal, Quebec, Canada (Hybrid)

PSCL is responsible for coordination of all Project Supply Chain activities related to Project demand, MRP planning, project deliveries

to site, coordination with Logistics department for equipment dispatch to Project delivery location.

Key Accountabilities :

• Manage MRP / Demand Planning in SAP for assigned projects and undertake ownership of project material delivery from material planning to delivery at site.
• Oversight of project Supply Chain activities from demand allocation all the way to delivery to site (and forecast management).
• Responsible for MRP results analysis, demand management in SAP and resolution of planning exceptions.
• Coordinate with Project Procurement Manager (PPM), category MANAGER (CM), tactical buyers, PMs and Engineering for any design changes, PCNs to suppliers
• Coordinate with tactical buyers to ensure demand planning is implemented throughout our suppliers. Trigger and follow-up expediting process as required for the Project
• Define the Logistics Strategy for the Project delivery and communicate with Logistics team
• Responsible for planning, tracking and reporting of all project deliveries in his scope including FCBs and change orders
• Develop and maintain details Supply Chain reports related to project equipment deliveries
• Apply analytical skills to compile various project Supply chain reports
• Relationships will be required to be built and maintained with the following principals :
• Procurement & Supply Chain (PPM, CM, Production Buyers and Logistics)
• Project team / Site D and / or PPM in countries of destination
• Engineering, R&D and Product Line Managers
• Project Managers, Project Site Managers
• Quality and HS&E to ensure relevant Quality and HS&E needs are met internally and externally
• Installation and commissioning and customer care
• Finance – both business and project related
• Project Freight Forwarders, 3PLs etc

Key Requirements :

University / College degree in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent background.

5-7 years' experience related to the planning, MRP, project coordination

Detailed knowledge of project demand management including scheduling, IFRS15, SAP knowledge for demand supply chain module (demand planning, supply chain allocation, delivery commitment.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and think analytically.

Proficiency in the using SAP

Knowledgeable in all standard office tools (xls, word, ppt)

Responsable de la Chaîne Logistique du Projet

Le Responsable de la Chaîne Logistique du Projet est responsable de la coordination de toutes les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement du projet liées à la demande du projet, à la planification MRP, aux livraisons du projet sur site, à la coordination avec le service logistique pour l'expédition des équipements vers le lieu de livraison du projet.

Principales responsabilités

Gérer le MRP / la planification de la demande dans SAP pour les projets assignés et assumer la responsabilité de la livraison des matériaux du projet, de la planification des matériaux à la livraison sur site.

Superviser les activités de la chaîne d'approvisionnement du projet, de la répartition de la demande jusqu'à la livraison sur site (et la gestion des prévisions). Être responsable de l'analyse des résultats du MRP, de la gestion de la demande dans SAP et de la résolution des exceptions de planification.

Coordonner avec le responsable des achats du projet (PPM), le responsable de catégorie (CM), les acheteurs tactiques, les chefs de projet et l'ingénierie pour toute modification de conception, les PCN aux fournisseurs.

Coordonner avec les acheteurs tactiques pour s'assurer que la planification de la demande est mise en œuvre chez tous nos fournisseurs. Déclencher et suivre le processus d'accélération selon les besoins du projet.

Définir la stratégie logistique pour la livraison du projet et communiquer avec l'équipe logistique.

Être responsable de la planification, du suivi et du reporting de toutes les livraisons du projet dans son domaine de compétence, y compris les FCB et les ordres de modification.

Développer et tenir à jour des rapports détaillés sur la chaîne d'approvisionnement liés aux livraisons d'équipements du projet.

Appliquer ses compétences analytiques pour compiler divers rapports sur la chaîne d'approvisionnement du projet.

Il sera nécessaire d'établir et d'entretenir des relations avec les principaux acteurs suivants :

Approvisionnement et chaîne d'approvisionnement (PPM, CM, acheteurs de production et logistique)

Équipe de projet / Site D et / ou PPM dans les pays de destination

Ingénierie, R&D et responsables de gamme de produits

Chefs de projet, responsables de site de projet

Qualité et HS&E afin de garantir que les besoins pertinents en matière de qualité et de HS&E sont satisfaits en interne et en externe

Installation, mise en service et service clientèle

Finances – liées à l'activité et au projet

Transitaires de projet, 3PL, etc

Exigences clés

Diplôme universitaire / collégial en administration des affaires, en ingénierie ou dans un domaine équivalent.

5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans la planification, la gestion des besoins (MRP) et la coordination de projets.

Connaissance approfondie de la gestion de la demande dans le cadre de projets, y compris la planification, la norme IFRS 15 et le module SAP dédié à la chaîne d'approvisionnement (planification de la demande, allocation de la chaîne d'approvisionnement, engagements de livraison).

Excellentes compétences en communication, en relations interpersonnelles et en négociation, capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à réfléchir de manière analytique.

Maîtrise de l'utilisation de SAP.

Connaissance de tous les outils bureautiques standard (xls, word, ppt).
