Description

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC has an exciting opportunity for a Facility Project Supervisor supporting Tinker Air Force Base in Oklahoma City, OK. The Facility Project Supervisor oversees all aspects of facility maintenance and improvement projects; coordinates work activities of internal staff, contractors, and subcontractors; tracks progress against milestones, budgets, and performance indicators; and reports to management. The role also involves selecting, negotiating with, and managing external consultants or vendors.

  • Leads the development of the project scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Vets subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.
  • Communicates project status through reports and presentations to the customer.
  • Ensures safety risk assessments and environmental health policies are followed.
  • Ensures all code compliance requirements are met.
  • Reviews change order requests for merit and cost reasonableness.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve project management processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to five years of responsible building and facilities maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform labor-intensive tasks.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
Preferred Qualifications and Experience
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent.
  • Experience in planning and managing facility budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
