This position is responsible for coordinating project communication and reporting within the Major Project’s portfolio. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, the Project Sr Analyst/Coordinator ensures the quality and timeliness of project reporting.
Specific Accountabilities:
- Develop project updates for Manager Projects and Enbridge Sr. Leadership on project status, including costs, schedule, risks, and decisions.
- Provide active support during project development.
- Monitor the progress of critical deliverables and services throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders such as Safety and Reliability, Project Sponsor, Projects Management, Operations Management, Development, Business Partners, Legal, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Public Affairs, Contractors, and Consultants.
- Develop and communicate timely updates on project status and performance.
- Assist the project team in identifying, managing, and communicating risks through proactive stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate project close-out and turnover to the Business Unit.
- Support Project Managers in holding functional leads accountable for executing their strategies.
- Assist in monitoring and tracking commercial and contractual transactions as needed.
- Facilitate meetings such as pre-construction, stakeholder updates, deliverable reviews, and lessons learned sessions.
- Track Change Management processes as requested by project managers.
Scope/Dimensions:
- Operational and capital projects ranging from $1MM to $500MM.
- Managing 1-10 projects of various sizes.
- Handling complex regulatory, stakeholder relationships, and project requirements.
Contacts (Working Relationships):
- Collaborate with project management and support services to achieve project milestones.
- Interface with project sponsors, stakeholders, vendors, consultants, contractors, and operations staff.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Required:- Bachelor's degree, diploma, or minimum of 5 years' project coordination experience in engineering or construction management.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and service-minded approach.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi).
- General understanding of pipeline and terminal operations.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
- Motivated self-starter capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
- Office environment with some fieldwork.
- Travel to facilities, construction sites, and manufacturers (up to 25%).
- Hybrid work model: In-office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday), Remote (Wednesday, Friday).
- Travel within Canada and the US; Driver's Abstract required.
