Roska DBO is currently recruiting for a full-time Project Scheduler to join our Operations Solutions team at our head office in Grande Prairie, Alberta. This is not a remote position—the successful candidate will workon-site, Monday to Friday,alongside our project and operations teams.About the RoleAs a Project Scheduler, you will support the planning and execution of field projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules. You will play a key role in ensuring timelines, resource planning, and progress tracking are aligned with operational goals. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.Key Responsibilities- Analyze project scope, requirements, and deliverables to develop detailed project schedules
- Complete accurate quantity take-offs for labour, equipment, and materials
- Build and maintain the critical path schedule to support execution planning
- Optimize weekly work execution schedules for field efficiency
- Monitor progress and performance; conduct schedule review meetings and issue timely reports
- Identify and communicate resource needs and potential schedule conflicts to the Operations Solutions Manager
- Proactively review project budgets, timelines, and risk factors throughout project lifecycles
Qualifications & Technical Delivery- Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent scheduling software
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and general Office Suite skills
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to see the big picture
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Trade certification in a relevant Oil & Gas discipline considered an asset
- PMP designation is an asset but not required
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
- Must be currently residing in or willing to relocate to Grande Prairie, AB for an on-site position
