Job summary

Hitachi Rail is seeking a project scheduler to support the creation and maintenance of project schedules under the guidance of the Project Planner. The role focuses on Primavera scheduling and ensuring timely, accurate reporting.

You will generate reports, track KPIs, and support EAC updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet contractual requirements and project milestones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in using planning software.
• College or University graduate or equivalent working experience.
• Basic level skills in Primavera and Microsoft Project software.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Good English skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and update the Project schedule in Primavera under the direction of the Project Planner.
• Comply with project reporting requirements as defined by process or contract.
• Update the project schedule on monthly and quarterly basis with changes to EAC, activity dates and labour demand.
• Provide reports/metrics including Critical Path, Earned Value, EAC variance, Critical milestones movement, KPIs & labour forecasts under the guidance of the Project Planner.
