Job description

Project Centre Sales Representatives are sales professionals who partner with customers to understand their needs and assist in planning construction and renovation projects. As knowledgeable sales professionals, they can recommend solutions that address customers' problems. This is a fast-paced, engaging, and rewarding role, especially when customers choose to purchase because of your efforts. The position offers a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by engaging customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable solutions for their projects
  • Stay informed about current sales and promotions
  • Take initiative and confidently manage customer interactions
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets
  • Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up with customers
  • Maintain high standards of safety and customer service
  • Resolve customer challenges efficiently and promptly
  • Continuously learn about products and market trends

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in sales and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Confident, persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and achieve sales goals
