Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Giving advice on contract matters
  2. Processing contractual claims and all associated records
  3. Searching for opportunities to reduce costs and maximise revenue
  4. Assisting with cash management
  5. Negotiating subcontract and suppliers’ price and terms
  6. Ensuring final accounts are closed in a timely manner
  7. Preparing and reviewing monthly cost reports
  8. Preparing subcontract and suppliers documents

What you will need:

  1. BSc Quantity Surveying
  2. 4 yrs with Building Contractor or Developer
  3. Large-scale project experience
  4. Proactive and results oriented with effective communication skills.

This position will be permanently based in Co Galway with projects from Galway to Athlone.
Salary to €80,000 doe with full package.
Hybrid working arrangements available.
APC.
Driving Licence.
