The Program Manager will closely partner with cross-functional leads in sales, measurement, brand solutions, product and engineering, among others, and will be responsible for ideating and managing end-to-end global programs that may involve foundation enhancements, advertiser and campaign activation, performance, data analysis, reporting and cross-functional scaled solutions. This is a multi-faceted, fast-paced job in a start-up environment so flexibility, a data-driven mindset, a strong work ethic, and a good sense of humor are a must. The right candidate will be a strategic thought leader who is driven by learning and solving ambiguous problems.

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and oversee multiple programs, defining their strategy and managing these programs end-to-end.
  • Drive and scale execution on multiple program and project deliverables, collaborating across cross-functional teams, managing vendors, budgets and timelines for effective delivery.
  • Develop solutions and frameworks to enhance program efficiency based on identified problems or organizational needs.
  • Identify key challenges faced by sales teams, advertisers, and cross-functional partners, proposing effective solutions aligned with program objectives.
  • Ideate and manage new pilots and programs based on strategic business needs.
  • Define success metrics and track the evolution, adoption, and impact of the program, implementing improvements as needed.
  • Provide regular reports on desired metrics and SLAs to cross-functional partners and leadership.

What we’re looking for:

  • 3+ years of expertise in Program Management and operations or relevant experience.
  • Proactively respond to ambiguous problems and lead efforts towards effective solutions.
  • Ability to clearly and consistently work side-by-side across functions and departments synthesizing multiple points of view into a coherent action plan.
  • Inspire and influence cross-functional teams to achieve program goals.
  • Demonstrate a curious and independent learning mindset.
  • Analytical and process-oriented, comfortable working with large data sets and making data-driven decisions.
  • Advanced Excel modeling required, building business cases and narratives via PowerPoint and verbally.
  • SQL knowledge is required.
  • Experience with online advertising is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as project management, or equivalent experience.

If you are a self-motivated Program Manager with a passion for driving results and solving complex challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our programs.
