What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead client-facing activities to deliver ERP/HCM implementation projects using standard SDLC methodologies
- Provide program/project management for large-scale HCM transformations involving multiple stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and communication with stakeholders
- Act as the primary contact for project-related issues and escalate as needed
- Coordinate project team resources and ensure timely completion of deliverables
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience with ERP implementation projects (e.g., Oracle Cloud, PeopleSoft, EBS, or Workday)
- Proven record of successfully executing mid to large size projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of HCM applications and SaaS implementation strategies
- Effective communication skills with experience managing client teams and C-level contacts
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
