The Volunteer Centre of Calgary seeks a Project Manager for a website revitalization project aimed at enhancing accessibility and relevance. You will partner with the Richmond Family Place, leading the project from feasibility studies to website development while ensuring alignment with organizational values. Duration: 4-5 hours/week, from July 31, 2025, to March 31, 2026
This is a PMV-sponsored project. The Project Manager will collaborate in a three-way partnership with the Client organization, PMV, and themselves. This role includes additional responsibilities and benefits.
Richmond Family Place Society (RFP), established in 1979, is a non-profit dedicated to supporting children (0-6 years, siblings up to 12 years) and their families through various programs. RFP aims to ensure every child reaches their full potential and offers services including parent education, drop-in play sessions, mentoring, family support, and refugee services.

The project involves revitalizing RFP's website to make it accessible, relevant, and reflective of the organization's values. The goal is a modern, mobile-friendly platform providing information on programs, events, and volunteer/supporter access. Prior to development, a thorough pre-planning and stakeholder engagement process will be conducted to create an actionable plan.
The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project deliverables, reporting to the RFP representative.
RFP may proceed with interviews before the application deadline.
Successful volunteers will receive a letter of recommendation from RFP's leadership and a reference for future opportunities.
