As we continue to grow our land development practice, we’re seeking a Project Manager, Water Resources to take charge and elevate our Water Resources team in Markham, Ontario.

In this role, you’ll lead dynamic projects ranging from hydrological assessments to complex land development designs for residential, industrial, commercial, and municipal clients. Essential Responsibilities & Duties
  • Lead the design and delivery of water resource project components within the land development industry, reporting to senior management.
  • Develop and apply hydrologic and hydraulic models (including natural channel design) throughout project phases, from conceptual to detailed stormwater management design.
  • Oversee engineering designs for greenfield or intensification land development projects.
  • Prepare and review technical memos, reports, plans, and specifications.
  • Mentor junior EITs, promoting skill development and cross-training.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in water resources design and/or fieldwork, with leadership experience.
  • P.Eng. designation is required.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D, PCSWMM, Visual OTTHYMO, HEC-RAS, Microsoft Office; experience with HEC-RAS 2D and ArcGIS is an asset.
  • Strong technical report writing skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership and work ethic.
  • Physical and environmental requirements available upon request.
