Project Manager - Volumetric Capture (8-month Contract)

Join our innovative team and play a pivotal role in an exciting project focused on deploying and managing our state-of-the-art volumetric capture system. As a key member of our department, you will collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing operations.

You will have comprehensive oversight of the project lifecycle, guaranteeing all aspects are meticulously planned, executed, and delivered on schedule and within budget.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Lead project team communication, ensuring information is passed on clearly and effectively, tasks are prioritised, and resources allocated appropriately.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with well-defined agendas to drive project progress.
  • Assign resources and manage resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet project needs.
  • Plan and coordinate teams to lead the delivery of project and technology-related activities.
  • Manage the logistics of equipment shipments, including coordination with vendors, tracking deliveries, and ensuring timely arrival of all necessary hardware and software components.
  • Establish workflows, processes, and project management structures for efficient review and analysis.
  • Monitor project progress against established timelines and milestones, taking proactive steps to ensure deadlines for deployment are met.
Requirements
  • Experience managing projects involving hardware and software integration.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, technical schedules, resource allocation, and project documentation related to volumetric capture system.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and clients, conveying information clearly, listening actively, and resolving conflicts diplomatically.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues, analyze causes, and develop effective solutions. Resourceful, adaptable, and able to think critically under pressure.
