Responsibilities

• Prepare project budgets, daily reports, technical questions and schedules, payment requests, equipment releases, etc.
• Coordinate the work of subcontractors and provide technical support on job sites
• Ensure that workers have the training they need to use the equipment, and keep a record of training
• Lead project kick-off meetings and analyze work to be carried out
• Prepare project applications on the form used for this purpose and send them to the administration
• Fill in the TBC budget form and analyze the data
• Request construction plans and specifications from the appropriate party, as well as the schedule to be respected
• Request purchase prices and prepare orders for equipment and other materials
• Fill out the equipment release form
• Prepare monthly invoices based on project progress
• Prepare as-built manuals and letters of guarantee

Job description
