Ensure alignment with industry standards (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, FedRAMP).
Define success metrics, track KPIs, and report progress to executive leadership.
Support future projects in areas such as clinical service expansion, AI and analytics integration, virtual care deployment, and interoperability enhancements.
Participate in continuous improvement efforts by analyzing lessons learned and implementing process enhancements.

Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
Experience working with clinical teams, regulatory frameworks, or health platform deployments is a strong asset.
PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management certification would be consider an asset.
Familiarity with FHIR, HL7, or other health system integration standards would be considered an asset.
