Van-Isle Waterproofing+ is seeking an experienced construction professional to own our projects, field team and day-to-day project delivery. This isn't a desk-only PM role; you’ll work across the office, warehouse and field to set our people and projects up to succeed.
As Project Manager, you’ll lead, plan and schedule work, coordinate with site superintendents and suppliers, manage materials and ensure safety, quality and on-time performance so projects stay on track and profitable.

We're looking for someone with:
Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software is a strong asset.
Experience in waterproofing, roofing, building envelope, restoration, concrete remediation, industrial coatings or industrial painting is preferred, but not required.
This is an opportunity to move beyond simply coordinating tasks and take real ownership of people, projects and performance.
You'll work closely with ownership, have meaningful responsibility for how projects are delivered and play an important role in improving how the company operates as we grow.
For a strong Project Coordinator or Assistant PM, this could be the opportunity to step into full project management.
For an experienced PM, Superintendent or Foreman, it's an opportunity to take on broader leadership responsibility while staying connected to the field.
