About the role

We are excited to be assisting an NHS Organisation in their search for a Project Manager to help deliver their capital investments!

In this role, you will be managing a range of Capital Projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.

Start: ASAP
Initial Contract: 3 months (open to extension)
Location: Hybrid | South East England
Day Rate: TBC | Inside IR35

Your Responsibilities:
– Delivery of an extensive and complex remodelling of the estate’s infrastructure
– Manage the procurement strategy and delivery strategy for the projects
– Key representative for Trusts, engaging with wider stakeholders from other organisations

Your Qualifications/Experience:
– Delivered complex programmes of estates capital development
– Managed multimillion projects (minor works/backlog investments etc.)
– Experience within the public sector in the last 3 years (NHS experience very advantageous)
