The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project schedules and budgets, and fostering a culture of innovation. Must possess the ability, competence, and confidence to lead people, and have effective interpersonal skills. Proficient in technical writing, utilizing business tools such as: E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with HCM (e.g., Workday) or equivalent ERP product and productivity software desired. Working knowledge of MS Team Foundation Server / Azure DevOps and JIRA will be an asset.
Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) and / or 3-8 years of related experience or Master’s / PhD Degree with 2-5 years of related experience. Desired work experience would include working for a software development or engineering company in roles involving Project Management, Software Development or Engineering.
