Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager specialized in site development to join our dynamic team. The incumbent will be responsible for the design, planning and supervision of site development projects, ensuring compliance with technical and environmental standards.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Design and develop site development plans, taking into account technical, environmental and regulatory aspects
  • Supervise work in the field and ensure site follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Prepare and submit the necessary technical documents to the relevant authorities to obtain the necessary permits and approvals
  • Manage resources and budget allocated to site development projects
  • Ensure clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project

Qualifications

  • Degree in civil engineering or related discipline
  • Significant previous experience in the design and management of site development projects
  • Advanced skills in the use of computer-aided design (CAD) and site modeling software
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage several projects simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
