Rockport Commercial Inc. in Winnipeg is seeking a Project Manager to lead our construction management division on premier multi-family and commercial developments.

You will coordinate with field supervisors, manage internal budgets, and build macro schedules in a self-perform environment. Responsibilities include MS Project scheduling, financial oversight, and cross-functional alignment with architects, engineers and Trade Managers to keep projects advancing smoothly while navigating permits and

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience in multi-family or commercial construction.
• Experience in self-performing or vertically integrated builder environments preferred.
• PMP or Gold Seal certification a major asset.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage master schedules and labor capacity with internal Trade Managers.
• Oversee total project budgets, costs, materials, and subcontractor contracts.
• Bridge Rockport development, external consultants, and internal Trade Managers.
• Lead project meetings to review production rates, remove bottlenecks, and mitigate risks.
• Navigate permitting, zoning bylaws, and occupancy processes for projects.
• Issue and manage scopes of work for specialized external trades.
