Job Description

Join Bermuda’s leading provider of Infrastructure for Communication Solutions, Data Centers, and Integrated Security Solutions as a Project Manager. This opportunity is for a dynamic self-starter, comfortable with the challenges of operating with a high degree of autonomy in a competitive international business environment.

The successful candidate will Project Manage and guide field service activities including installation, maintenance, and repair of various Security, Video Surveillance, and Access Control systems. You will work in a senior capacity with a small team of technicians and participate in both pre and post-sales activities.

Preferred Background Experience

• Degree or Diploma
• 5-7 years of related experience in the industry, capable of performing project management activities related to the design, engineering, installation/troubleshooting of IP-based Surveillance Systems, Access Control, Gate Systems, Intrusion Detection, and related Security Systems.
• Knowledge of Data Networks and Systems Programming.
• Pre-Sales and/or technician experience would be a great asset.

The ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously is essential. Solid interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively relate to numerous clients and staff at all levels are also crucial.

Candidates must be highly portable, have outside interests that align with Bermuda’s idyllic living environment, and be able to relocate to Bermuda for an initial 3-year commitment. Candidates must also pass a rigorous criminal background check and substance abuse test.

Compensation will reflect the senior nature of this requirement and will be a USD salary based with additional incentive bonus. Bermuda’s tax rate is in the range of only 6-8% depending on earnings.
