Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and delivery-focused Scrum/Project Manager to oversee and manage the successful execution of digital projects in the life sciences and pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a solid understanding of web/digital deliverables, some Scrum/Agile experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role is crucial in ensuring the timely and quality delivery of digital assets such as websites, emails, banners, and system integrations — all within regulated industry frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and stakeholder alignment across digital initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams (design, development, QA, strategy) and act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external clients.
• Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of key digital assets including:
• Websites
• HTML Emails
• Banner Ads
• API and CRM Integrations
• SEO Implementation
• Privacy & Accessibility Compliance
• Coordinate across multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and responsibilities.
• Ensure all deliverables meet compliance standards, particularly around privacy, HIPAA, and accessibility.
• Apply Agile/Scrum best practices (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups) where appropriate to keep teams aligned and efficient.
• Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, and adapt plans as needed to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track progress, budgets, and resourcing, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Extensive years of experience in project or delivery management, ideally within digital marketing or web development.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end digital projects in regulated industries (life sciences/pharma preferred).
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles and related tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with digital deliverables.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
