We’re a family-oriented team with global reach, working on exciting projects in Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Renewables, and more. Our name says it all: Together We Deliver.

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Manager within the Oil & Gas division of a global engineering firm, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex engineering projects across upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors. You will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary teams, ensuring project alignment with client expectations, safety standards, regulatory requirements, and financial objectives, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership & Execution
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Oil & Gas projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and client representatives.
  • Drive project performance by monitoring KPIs, progress, risks, and change management protocols.

Team & Resource Management

  • Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction personnel across multiple locations.
  • Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity and project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior project staff and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, regulatory bodies, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, financial summaries, and strategic updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment with client goals and regulatory compliance through proactive communication and reporting.

Financial & Contractual Oversight

  • Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to maintain profitability and financial discipline.
  • Manage contractual obligations, change orders, claims, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Support business development and proposal efforts by contributing to project scoping and cost estimation.

Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Compliance

  • Champion a strong safety culture by integrating HSE principles into all project phases.
  • Ensure compliance with company and client HSE standards, as well as applicable regulations in all jurisdictions of project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management within the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Proven track record delivering large-scale EPC or EPCM projects in upstream, midstream, or downstream sectors.
  • Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g., Stage-Gate, Agile, or Waterfall) and project management tools.
  • Experience with contract management, cost control, and project scheduling software (general knowledge of discipline-specific tools expected).
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and global stakeholders.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
