Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon timeline and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant subcontractors, clients, or internal team members.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ordering and overseeing materials necessary for the project.
• Designing, reviewing, and preparing project plans with the Sales Team.
• Supervising roofing teams and subcontractors.
• Providing updates and addressing concerns of clients, subcontractors, and relevant team members.
• Inspecting completed work to ensure it meets standards (Quality Control).

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus some college; at least 2 years of roofing and/or construction experience.
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
