KBL Environmental (Essentials Parent) is seeking a Project Manager in Richmond, BC to lead water, dredging, dewatering and environmental projects. You will prepare budgets, forecasts, and technical reports, and contribute to bidding and client deliverables.

The role requires strong PM skills, ability to work in mixed office/remote environments, and travel as needed. The role supports a diverse team in Western Canada's largest environmental waste management company, offering growth opportunities

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Project Management experience in General Construction, Mining, Environmental Remediation/Reclamation, Earthworks, Demolition, or Oil & Gas Construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management.
• Post-secondary education in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Construction Management or related program is an asset.
• Experience managing projects in remote or northern environments is an asset.
• Strong estimating experience is considered a major asset.
• Technical writing experience for reports and project documentation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage water, dredging & dewatering, environmental remediation, reclamation, demolition or civil earthworks projects.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, scopes, and forecasts.
• Assist in the bidding process and collect/compile technical information and general company data.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project performance related to safety, cost, schedule, productivity, profitability, and QA/QC.
• Manage project costs, forecasting, documentation, progress billings, and change management.
• Prepare and review technical reports and client deliverables.

We're looking for a Project Manager to support our growing team. We're looking for Project Managers to support our Water, Dredging & Dewatering and Projects division. In this role, you will work on some really interesting projects with a great team of people.

What You'll Do

• Manage water, dredging & dewatering, environmental remediation, reclamation, demolition or civil earthworks projects.
• Prepare accurate project estimates, budgets, scopes, and forecasts.
• Assist in the bidding process. Work as a part of a team to collect and compile needed technical information as well as general KBL info.
• Ensure projects are executed in accordance with contracts, drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

• This role may require a combination of office-based, remote, and on-site work depending on business needs. Employees should be prepared for:
• Extended periods of sitting, standing, or computer use
• Occasional travel to operational sites or client locationsExposure to outdoor or industrial environments, including varying weather and terrain
