At NDura Developments, we're not just building homes, we're reshaping Edmonton's mature neighborhoods through thoughtful design, precise execution, and a commitment to quality. As our team expands, we're looking for a Project Manager to step into a multifaceted leadership role that connects all the moving parts of each build. If you're someone who thrives on clarity, coordination, and problem solving, and you have a solid background in architecture or construction, we want to hear from you.

This role begins where the sales conversation ends. Once a project is confirmed, the Project Manager steps in to lead it through every phase of execution. You'll act as the central coordinator between design, drafting, permitting, and field teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned, informed, and driving toward the same goal.

While this role is not primarily site-based, it requires a strong understanding of infill construction, municipal permitting, and architectural documentation. Your success will depend on consistent follow-up, a deep understanding of team workflows, and your ability to identify and resolve issues before they become problems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of projects after handoff from the sales team, guiding them from concept to completion
  • Coordinate with designers, drafters, and permitting staff to ensure accurate and timely submissions
  • Communicate consistently across departments to manage timelines and keep progress steady
  • Review architectural drawings, construction blueprints, and municipal bylaws for feasibility and compliance
  • Track project milestones and resolve risks or delays proactively
  • Understand each team member's role to delegate responsibilities effectively and keep the process moving
  • Maintain timely, thorough oversight from start to finish, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
  • Keep project goals, timelines, and quality standards front and center at all times

What You Bring

  • Experience in architectural technology, drafting, construction coordination, or residential project management
  • Strong understanding of Edmonton's permitting process and infill bylaw requirements
  • Proven ability to read, interpret, and communicate around architectural and construction drawings
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-through and time management
  • A proactive approach to communication, you keep people aligned and informed without needing to be asked
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and make confident decisions
  • Clear understanding of how residential construction projects flow from design to build
  • A positive, professional attitude with the confidence to manage multiple moving parts at once
  • A diploma or degree in Architectural Technology, Construction Management, or a related field is strongly preferred, but not essential if you have relevant experience

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, salaried role
  • $75,000 - $85,000, based on experience
