Overview

Ledcor is seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead construction projects on behalf of the Owner/Developer. In this high-impact role you will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle — from pre-construction planning and design through permitting, construction, and final turnover. You will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with the Owner’s quality, safety, and performance objectives. Essential Responsibilities
  • Manages all phases of construction projects, including startup, budgeting, scheduling, quality control, invoicing, and closeout
  • Serves as the on-site representative for the Owner, advising leadership and attending construction meetings
  • Ensures collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and authorities to meet project goals
  • Develops and monitors budgets, ensuring financial accuracy, cost control, and adherence to targets
  • Creates and updates project schedules, addressing potential delays to maintain timelines
  • Manages contracts and documentation, including change orders, RFIs, pay applications, and vendor agreements
  • Oversees quality control to ensure compliance with design, specifications, and building codes
  • Identifies and mitigates risks while enforcing job site safety and regulatory compliance
  • Delivers detailed project reports on budget, schedule, safety, quality, and risk to stakeholders
Qualifications
  • 5–7 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager or in a similar direct supervisory role, specifically in wood-frame and concrete multi-family or mixed-use construction
  • Post-secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of construction documents, drawings, specifications, and current construction methods and practices, with a solid understanding of construction costs and budgeting
  • Proficient in contract negotiation and administration, with a deep understanding of contract terms and documentation
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to build high-performing teams and foster collaboration through motivation, coaching, and consensus-building
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project stakeholders and respond to evolving project needs
  • Skilled in identifying constructability challenges in moderately complex projects and developing creative, practical solutions to optimize construction plans and schedules

Compensation

$110,400-$138,000 Annual

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
