About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, renowned for its alternative asset and accounting services. Our investment in learning and technology ensures a seamless client experience.

About You:

  • 8+ years of operational experience at Citco, including working on strategic initiatives and providing project management oversight to deliver multiple projects on time and within scope in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience creating detailed project plans, identifying and escalating risks, managing timelines, and creating stakeholder-specific status reports.
  • Proven ability managing relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple business units.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker motivated by creative problem-solving.
  • 3+ years of coaching and staff development experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of multiple functions within the Fund Administration industry.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II) is a plus.

Your Role:

Project Planning:

  • Manage all project phases from initiation to post-mortem.
  • Engage stakeholders to define scope, resources, and requirements, ensuring buy-in and success.
  • Develop detailed project plans outlining scope, timeline, costs, resources, and risks aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
  • Monitor project timelines and results, escalate challenges, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Develop innovative solutions and influence project outcomes strategically.
  • Ensure standardized governance oversight across the team.

Communication:

  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and action items.
  • Provide tailored updates on project status to all levels of stakeholders.
  • Create appropriate reports for each project phase.
  • Translate business requirements into technical requirements in collaboration with technical teams.

Management:

  • Optimize staff utilization, task assignments, and documentation.
  • Coach and train staff continuously.
  • Ensure compliance with performance management cycles for team members.
