Job summary

You will supervise an operational team, ensure budgets and client standards are met, and lead bids and site visits. • Ability to coach less experienced project managers and job site supervisory staff.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities with clients and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Promote and adhere to our values in all operations.
• Develop pricing approaches that maintain the expected gross profit margin.
• Supervise the preparation of bids for projects.
• Conduct regular job site and client visits.
• Build and maintain harmonious relationships with clients.
• Promote safety and prevention in all operations.
• Participate in risk assessments with Health & Safety Specialist.
• Oversee cost and schedule tracking from conception to installation to achieve margins.
• Negotiate with subcontractors as needed.
• Prepare and monitor the project schedule.
• Monitor project execution with the superintendent and foreman, including site visits.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
• Coordinate and supervise field supervision teams with coaching and daily support.
• Promote other services offered by Mécanitec.
• Take initiatives when required.
