A nonprofit organization is seeking a Temporary Full-Time Project Manager to join their Process Management team. This role, focused on supporting blood collections, requires solid project management skills and at least 6 years of experience. You will oversee projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure effective implementation while working in a hybrid environment, contributing to life-saving efforts across Canada.
Please note this role will work in a hybrid environment. The successful candidate must be located near a Canadian Blood Services site and will be working a mixture of on-site and off-site work based on the parameters for our operations to meet the needs of our donors, our staff and our communities. Currently, employees are expected to have an in-person presence for at least 40% of their work time. This requirement may vary depending upon circumstances.

Canadian Blood Services is looking for a Temporary Full-Time Project Manager to join our dynamic Process Management team supporting collections.
The Process Management team manages process ownership and enhancements for operations functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, management, design, development, and implementation of projects supporting the whole blood collections process management change agenda. You will coordinate, lead and manage the activities of all stakeholders involved in the project team to achieve project objectives in accordance with established cost and time parameters. You may manage two or more large projects simultaneously.
