The Research Institute of the McGill University Health Centre (RI-MUHC) in Montreal invites applications for a Project Manager within the Centre for Precision Psychiatry – Quebec (CPPQ). You will oversee day-to-day operations across sites, lead research teams, manage budgets, timelines, and ethics submissions, and contribute to study design and data quality.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, strong French and English communications, and proven experience in project

Qualifikationen

• Advanced knowledge of oral and written French.
• Advanced written and spoken English; ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in project and team management; clinical experience is an asset.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day research operations across sites, workflows, staffing, and SOP maintenance.
• Develop project objectives, timelines, and operational strategies; monitor milestones.
• Budget and financial management across multi-site projects; optimize resources and costs.
• Supervise and support research staff and volunteers, including workload planning and training.
• supervise clinical staff and ensure inter-rater reliability and ongoing training.
• Manage prospective data users from application through data sharing and follow-up, including DTAs/MTAs.
• Maintain project ethics approvals and coordinate ethics submissions.
• Identify data-quality issues; develop standardized procedures and QC processes.
• Contribute to study design, psychometric analyses, manuscripts, and presentations.
• Prepare annual reports and project documentation for partners.
