Publicis Health Toronto is seeking a Project Manager with 2+ years in an agency PM role, with a focus on pharma advertising, to lead schedules, resources and workflows for banners, social ads, websites, emails and print materials.
You will collaborate with client service, strategy, creative and MedReg to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget, minimize risks, and resolve issues quickly across the end-to-end workflow.

Overview
We’re searching for a Project Manager with 2+ years in a PM role in an agency environment with a focus on pharma advertising as this role aligns to a leading BioPharma Client. This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing team at Publicis Health Toronto (PHT).
The Project Manager will have a strong understanding of the creative process from brief though to production, to ensure projects are executed on time and on budget. Working closely with agency partner leads within a Production environment, the project manager will help lead project schedules, resources and workflows on a variety of projects; banners, social ads, website, emails, and print materials. The project manager will focus on the end-to-end project workflow, the delivery of high quality and efficient work, while mitigating risks and working quickly to resolve any issues that arise.

Transparency matters to us. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$85,000 per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
