We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead the delivery of operations and maintenance projects. In this role, you will oversee the successful establishment and execution of client contracts, with a clear focus on safety, leadership, and performance.

Key Safety Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across on-site solar and renewable energy O&M projects
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, focusing on safety, performance, client satisfaction, and financial outcomes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, owning both commercial and operational
  • Conduct regular site visits, particularly in NSW and QLD, and during onboarding of new project sites
  • Collaborate with global teams, including participation in after-hours calls with counterparts in Europe, America, and Asia
  • Manage client relationships, budgets, and overall project performance to meet strategic objectives
Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum two years’ experience managing O&M projects in utility-scale solar or renewable energy (or transferable experience).
  • Proven management and leadership skills with extensive experience in team development, effective communication, project delivery, and workforce planning.
  • Experience managing contracts, budgets, and technical teams in high-compliance environments
  • Proven expertise in safety management, including electrical risk mitigation and compliance with WHSEQ standards.
  • Demonstrated project financial management skills and solid knowledge of finance, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting.
  • High proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of energy generation systems, asset management, and utility-scale inverter technology.
Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar
  • Current Australian driver’s license
