Project Manager – Multi-Family Construction

A growing real estate development and construction team is seeking a Project Manager to take the lead on a 143-unit residential project in Vancouver, including townhomes and mid-rise condos. This role offers the chance to manage a project from pre-construction through to turnover in a collaborative, design-forward environment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee full project lifecycle : budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and site coordination
• Lead consultants, trades, and site teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Coordinate with internal departments including design, development, and customer care
• Conduct regular site visits and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain accurate reporting and documentation using Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of project management experience on the developer side

Proven success delivering wood-frame, mid-rise, or mixed-use residential projects

Strong knowledge of BC Building Code, safety regulations, and construction methods

Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or architecture

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, and Microsoft Office

PMP, LEED, or Gold Seal certification considered an asset

Compensation : Competitive, commensurate with experience (higher range available for qualified candidates)
