Job Description
  1. Strong knowledge of all SDLC processes and delivery artefacts.
  2. Project management certification.
  3. CSM certification.
  4. Experience in migration projects.
  5. Stakeholder management and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
  6. Structure and communicate migration timelines and milestones for management reporting.
  7. Manage and communicate the status of vendors' delivery plans.
  8. Track and monitor action items to completion.
  9. Identify, escalate risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
  10. Strong project management, leadership, communication, time management, negotiation, team management, and critical thinking skills.
  11. Ability to build and maintain relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  12. Proficiency in project tracking, budget management, and collaboration tools such as Planview, MIS, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and ProjectPlace.
