As Project Manager, you will be an integral member of the MD Program team leading the planning, implementing and flawless execution of avariety of complex projects that support the strategic priorities of the MD Program. A main focus will be the invaluable work related to the implementation of the new Scarborough Academy of Medicine within our program. You will play an essential role engaging and communicating with key internal and external partners, managing multiple, time-sensitive priorities and providing recommendations for change and more efficient coordination of operations. Your extensive project management experience along with your ability to exercise solid critical thinking, analytical, collaborative and problem solving skills will be key to your success in this role.



Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing the overallproject design, including developing a charter, allotting resources, maintaining quality control standards, and scheduling
  • Planning and implementing project phases, event activities, and process improvements as well as implementing project communication plans.
  • Gathering information to inform budget planning processes
  • Building and strengthening relationships with stakeholders and partners
  • Designing surveys, interviews, and other research tools for program evaluation
  • Producing complex statistical data, analyzing data, and generating reports; Scheduling and assigning workflow to project team members
  • Presenting to various key partners and stakeholders on behalf of the program

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible administrative experience, including planning, implementation, and execution of complex projects.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and planning project phases with stakeholders.
  • Strong aptitude with designing surveys, interviews, and other research tools for program evaluation.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data to produce statistical information and comprehensive reports.
  • Proficiency in writing routine documents, correspondence, presenting, and reporting.
  • Ability to think strategically and analytically to push forward projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building relationships with and eliciting cooperation from team members, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Ability to deal effectively with multiplepriorities and projects with conflicting deadlines while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality.
  • Demonstrated initiative in seeing projects through to completion, on time and on budget.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to addresspotential issues and roadblocks in a timely manner.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including Word, Excel, SharePoint and PowerPoint. Experience with online survey tools and Project Management tools such as MS Project and MS Planner.
