Your opportunity :

The MD Program trains future doctors through innovative education and research. We are recognized as Canada's top medical school. As Project Manager, you will lead planning and execution of complex projects supporting the MD Program, including implementing the new Scarborough Academy of Medicine. You will engage with stakeholders, manage priorities, and recommend operational improvements, utilizing your project management expertise and critical thinking skills.

Your responsibilities will include :

  • Developing project design, including charters, resource allocation, quality standards, and schedules.
  • Planning and executing project phases, events, and process improvements, including communication plans.
  • Gathering data for budget planning.
  • Building relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  • Designing evaluation tools like surveys and interviews.
  • Producing and analyzing statistical reports, and managing workflow.
  • Presenting to partners and stakeholders on behalf of the program.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of progressive administrative experience, including project management.
  • Experience with survey design, data analysis, and report generation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and project management tools like MS Project.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and timeliness.

Assets (Nonessential) :

  • Experience leading small teams and managing workflows.
