Your opportunity :

As Project Manager, you will be a key member of the MD Program team, leading the planning, implementation, and execution of complex projects supporting the program's strategic goals, including the development of the Scarborough Academy of Medicine. Your role involves engaging with internal and external partners, managing multiple priorities, and recommending operational improvements. Your project management expertise, critical thinking, and collaborative skills will be essential for success.

Your responsibilities will include :

  1. Developing project design, including creating charters, resource allocation, quality control, and scheduling.
  2. Planning and executing project phases, events, and process improvements, including communication plans.
  3. Gathering information for budget planning.
  4. Building relationships with stakeholders and partners.
  5. Designing evaluation tools such as surveys and interviews.
  6. Analyzing data, producing reports, and managing workflow within the team.
  7. Presenting to stakeholders on behalf of the program.

Essential Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of responsible administrative experience, including managing complex projects.
  • Proven project management skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
  • Experience in designing research tools and analyzing data for reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and quality.
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure project completion on time and within budget.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, online survey tools, and project management software like MS Project and MS Planner.

Assets (Nonessential) :
