Role Overview

The Project Manager will oversee the production schedule for all creative materials, ensure brand consistency, and utilize high-quality assets across all communication mediums. They will ensure that the internal creative team is prepared and capable of delivering quality marketing content to internal clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish overall project timelines, identify milestones in consultation with the Senior Manager Planning and Production and clients, and communicate effectively with the team.
  • Manage key deliverables and deadlines by prioritizing tasks to optimize team performance.
  • Keep the production tracking tool updated daily with notes and critical information.
  • Adapt the production plan and communicate changes as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze the production schedule, rescope and adjust strategies to ensure timelines are respected.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative team and Artist Team Leads to meet client requirements.
  • Support Senior Manager, Planning and Production in understanding requirements and assessing deadlines.
  • Participate in planning, development, and implementation of creative and marketing campaigns.
  • Serve as a key liaison between stakeholders, collecting information, conducting meetings, and transmitting information.
  • Manage all business needs related to Creative Services and Events, maintaining schedule details.
  • Track budgeted hours and develop production strategies to keep projects within scope.
  • Regularly meet with the Senior Manager to discuss progress, setbacks, milestones, and priorities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 years of project management experience.
  • Degree in project management, production management, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of creative and project production processes.
  • Proficiency in project management software (bonus for Monday, Jira, Confluence), Excel, and Office Suite.
  • Ability to maintain schedules and milestone documentation, monitor progress.
  • Ability to work effectively amidst ambiguity and adapt easily to change.
  • Collaborative leadership style seeking win-win outcomes.
  • Ability to reconcile pragmatism with creativity.
  • Diplomacy and interpersonal skills to establish lasting relationships.
  • Experience leading small cross-disciplinary teams is an asset.
  • Experience in advertising or creative content production agency is a strong plus.
