Position: Project Manager - Manufacturing Optimization

Reports to: President

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Project Manager - Manufacturing Optimization to lead projects around manufacturing optimization. Reporting directly to the President, this role will be pivotal in driving operational efficiency and enabling the company to expand its capabilities into new product categories. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of process changes, equipment upgrades, and new manufacturing capabilities.

Experience

• You have 5-7 years of relevant industry experience, preferably in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of food manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
• Proven experience with process optimization, data analysis, and project management.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• PMP Certification.
