Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in aviation.
• Proven project management skills.
• AME license is considered an asset.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance projects per budget, plan and schedule; may involve multiple aircraft.
• Liaise with Finance to ensure compliance with deposit schedule.
• Act as primary contact for customers; provide schedule, status updates, and invoice reviews.
• Lead team meetings and coordinate with departments for timely reports.
