Job summary

GHD in Vancouver, BC is seeking a Project Manager – Linear Infrastructure to lead municipal water and wastewater projects, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive client engagement and growth across British Columbia and Alberta.

The successful candidate will hold a Civil Engineering degree, a P.Eng with EGBC, and 10+ years of delivery experience, with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects
• Experience managing projects through design and construction phases
• Strong client relationships, business development and proposal-writing skills
• Knowledge of linear infrastructure design, construction methods, cost estimating and scheduling
• Experience with condition assessment, rehabilitation and trenchless technologies is an asset
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Passion and desire to mentor, collaborate and support professionals and younger people

What you will bring to the team

• P.Eng. designation with EGBC (Engineers and Geoscientists BC).
• 10+ years of experience delivering municipal water, wastewater and multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects through design and construction phases.
• Strong client relationship, business development and proposal-writing skills.
• Knowledge of linear infrastructure design, construction methods, cost estimating and scheduling.
• Experience with condition assessment, rehabilitation and trenchless technologies is an asset.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

The salary range for this position is $112,580 to $189,143.The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for GHD locations in its major city centres. Ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At GHD, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location.
