Working Hrs.: 7.25 Hrs. / day

NOTE: This position is currently listed as "Onsite"; however, the assignment under this request will provisionally be "Hybrid," working 7.25 hours per calendar day, sometime between 8:00-5:00 PM (excluding lunch breaks) Monday to Friday inclusive, unless otherwise identified. These conditions are subject to change as the OPS reflects on its current situation. During the duration of the assignment, you will be under the discretion of the Hiring Manager's requirements for the project you are assigned to.

Must Haves:

1. 5+ years of experience with Project Management
2. Working knowledge of industry standards such as Project Management Institute (PMI)
3. Demonstrated experience in Project Management methodologies, producing documentation, collaterals, and artifacts
4. Demonstrated experience with project and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
5. Demonstrated experience with backend technology of radio and paging systems
6. Demonstrated experience working with government and multiple stakeholders
7. Demonstrated experience identifying and acquiring a mix of skilled technical resources necessary to complete project assignments/deliverables; including clarifying roles and responsibilities

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

1. Project Planning & Management
2. Strong MS Project and SharePoint knowledge
3. Experience working with 24X7 Public Safety organization (Ambulance, Police, Fire)
4. Experience with emergency dispatching centres

All roles procured are required to be cleared through the Contractor Security Clearance Process of the OPS. Clearance levels are as follows: Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) level 2. Security Clearance process, levels, roles etc. are subject to change without prior notice. Candidates may be required to undergo revised/new process (or levels) any time prior or during the term of the contract.
